Job title: Sales Performance Analyst

Location: Role can be based from our Manchester or Leeds offices (Hybrid working available)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Salary: Up to £50k DOE + benefits

Focus of the role:

In this role at BCN, you will play a key role in driving sales business planning, generating insights, and achieving operational excellence within the sales organisation. You will collaborate closely with teams across Business Systems, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Business Operations. It will be vital that you build strong relationships with the data team, who are the custodians of BCN’s data.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for optimising sales operations and a good understanding of sales and marketing processes. They should possess a strong analytical mindset, be consultative in their approach, and have experience working with senior stakeholders from diverse business and technical backgrounds.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast paced environment and can deliver results against tight deadlines. A passion for scaling revenue operations and a keen interest in leveraging technology to drive business growth is essential.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with BCN management to ensure data driven decisions and optimise resources for growth and ROI
  • Conduct thorough business analyses to identify critical growth opportunities and efficiency improvements
  • Drive operational excellence by establishing scalable process improvements within sales performance
  • Lead critical projects and initiatives from inception to completion
  • Support sales and revenue generation activity, including setting quarterly and annual goals
  • Foster collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to deliver key objectives
  • Support the development and execution of Go To Market strategies for our products, services and markets
  • Lead operational reviews to monitor progress on organisational goals and priorities
  • Support leadership meetings to facilitate alignment on main issues and opportunities
  • Recommend and implement new systems to enhance productivity

Job requirements

Person, Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in business planning, revenue operations and/or relevant experience sales performance analysis, with a focus on commercial teams within B2B technology
  • Good understanding of B2B sales, GTM strategies and sales/marketing processes
  • Able to identify, lead and execute programmes that drive revenue growth and operational efficiencies
  • Good project management skills
  • Proactive and autonomous work approach, thriving in dynamic environments
  • Good problem solving and analytical abilities, capable of translating insights into actionable strategies
  • Expert Excel analysis skills. Proficiency in PowerBi preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems preferred. Dynamics CRM in use today
  • Ability to operate in a high velocity, metrics driven sales organisation
  • Strong ‘demand creation’ habit
  • Highly focused and action oriented, setting business and personal goals
  • Inquisitive and hungry mindset
  • Takes personal responsibility
