Job title: Resource Coordinator
Location: Manchester M22 (Hybrid working available)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: Up to £25k + benefits

Focus of the role:
As a Resource Coordinator for BCN Group, you’ll be part of the PMO function who work closely with our project engineers to efficiently support in the delivery of client projects. Our clients and projects vary in scale and complexity, so no two days will be the same.
The team is responsible for maintaining and improving the overall effectiveness of coordinating projects. This includes meeting of contractual commitments and liaising with customers. You will play a key role in supporting our project delivery process and will also work closely with the rest of our Business Operations teams.
Responsibilities:
Schedule resource for projects < 2 days effort across BCN
Monitor actual time vs effort on projects < 2 days
Liaise with purchasing to ensure equipment is available for projects
Communicate with customers to confirm booked work
Monitor and escalate queries
Triage and monitor the PMO mailbox
Triage and monitor the PMO project queue
Actively align all projects with the relevant project owner when received within PMO
Collaborate with the wider PMO team to ensure project resources are appropriately utilised
Person, Skills & Experience:
At least 2 years’ experience in an administrative role
Experience of diary management or scheduling would be highly desirable.
Ability to prioritise conflicting workload and schedules in line with the business and customer needs.
Demonstrate a very high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrate a ‘Can-Do’ attitude.
Be an excellent and confident communicator.
Proficient in all Microsoft packages – intermediate/advanced user in word and excel.
High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
