Job title: Renewals Administrator

Reports to: Contracts Management Lead

Location: Manchester M22 (Hybrid working available)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £24k DOE + benefits

Focus of the role:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our Renewals Team as a Renewals Administrator. Reporting directly to the Contracts Management Lead in a team of five, the key focus of the role is the timely and accurate renewal of all customer contracts aligned to you.

  • Work closely with our sales team to ensure all 3rd party services are renewed efficiently and whilst managing business risk
  • Liaise with 3rd party suppliers to obtain quotes, check quantities and pricing for upcoming renewals
  • Build a relationship with customers, be a point of contact for all renewal quotes and queries
  • Generate quotes and sending for e-signature via our bespoke IT system
  • Host weekly renewals meeting with the sales team and leaders to follow up on progress and updates
  • Ensure adherence to BCN’s terms & conditions
  • Protect the revenue of the business whilst ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Host 1-2-1 catch-up calls with account managers to gain insight on upcoming renewals and customer requirements
  • Weekly and monthly reporting on the status of renewals with stakeholders
  • Work closely with the wider business operations team
  • Gain confidence across BCN’s range of extensive products and services


Person, Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative role
  • Experience within the IT industry is a bonus, but not required
  • Experience within a sales support would be of benefit but is not required for the role.
  • Good skills with the Microsoft package; Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint and Teams
  • Excellent written English and communication skills
  • Confidence and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Self-starting with the ability to approach and resolve challenges
  • Ability to learn new skills quickly including adopting new processes and technology
  • Able to think on your feet and adapt to different situations
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Possess good organisational and time management skills
