Job title: ERP Project Manager
Location: Role can be worked from either our Manchester, Reading or Leeds office (Hybrid working available)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: Up to £65k DOE + benefits

Focus of the role:
You will manage, coordinate and support the delivery of multiple and simultaneous projects to a wide and varied customer base, lead interactions and be a pivotal and trusted communication layer for customers, as well as both functional and technical internal channels. Our clients and projects vary in scale and complexity, so no two days will be the same. We are looking for someone that shares our passion in providing a first-class service and for ensuring service excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate project delivery within the BC function.
- Facilitate project workshops.
- Provide periodic updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and manage project and security risks for BC projects in line with BCN’s risk matrix.
- Manage and document scope change within the project.
- Collaborate with the wider PMO team to ensure project resources are appropriately scheduled.
- Work holistically with all areas within BCN.
- Use the BCN Project Framework for the management of projects.
- Apply the necessary level of governance and use the correct methodology to successfully deliver projects.
- Track and maintain an issues log during the User Acceptance Testing process.
- Provide monthly forecasts relating to project closures and billing to Project Management Team Lead.
- Manage the project delivery through the appropriate toolset.

Job requirements
Person, Skills & Experience:
- Experience of delivering projects from of varying complexities
- Working experience of Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC; demonstrable understanding of functionality, structure and ‘real world’ operation.
- Someone who cares about what they do, who cares about the customer, and is relentless in ensuring the best customer experience and levels of internal performance
- Demonstrate a very high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrate a ‘Can-Do’ attitude
- Be an excellent and confident communicator
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Proven ability to manage the workload of a team and get the best output from that team
- Ability to prioritise conflicting workload and schedules in line with the business and customer needs
- Proficient in all Microsoft packages – intermediate/advanced user in word and excel
